This full-time Sales Development Associate role is a hybrid position based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The Sales Development Associate will identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities, focusing on inside sales and lead generation for BIM and steel services. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, building prospect lists, conducting outbound calls and emails, and scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales team members.
The role involves managing a sales pipeline in CRM tools, maintaining accurate records, and following up consistently to move prospects through the sales cycle. The Sales Development Associate will collaborate closely with business development and marketing stakeholders to refine messaging, support campaigns, and provide market feedback that helps shape growth strategies.
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated Sales and Business Development capabilities, with experience driving opportunities from discovery to qualified leads.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present technical services clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area, with the ability to collaborate both in-person and remotely.
- Open to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
