Grow Tally is a social media management agency helping businesses around the world grow online, and we're looking for a driven Client Acquisition and Sales Expert to fuel our growth. In this fully remote, commission-based role, you'll connect with business owners who need social media management and show them how Grow Tally can help them win.

• Identify and reach out to potential clients across our target markets
• Understand each prospect's needs and present tailored Grow Tally solutions
• Guide leads through the sales process from first contact to close
• Build genuine relationships that turn prospects into long-term clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Keep clear records of your pipeline and activity

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence selling digital or marketing services, with social media experience a plus
• A self-starter mindset with strong drive and discipline
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Fluent, professional English
