As Inside Sales Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Sales Loft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, Linked In and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Sales Loft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, Sales Loft, Apollo and Zoom Info.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
