Own revenue from zero. You'll be the first dedicated GTM hire at Terrapin, responsible for building our sales motion, closing early customers, and laying the foundation for a world-class revenue organization. • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fintech, accounting software, or SMB tools
• Proven track record of closing deals and hitting quota
• Experience selling to freelancers, accountants, or small business owners is a strong plus
• Comfortable building from scratch—playbooks, processes, CRM setup
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
• Founder mentality—you treat this like your own company
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
