Cha & Associates American Family Insurance is looking for an Office Representative to join our Madison, WI team. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and sales

You don't need years of insurance experience—we're looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and willing to learn.
What You'll Do- Welcome and assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Answer customer questions and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with policy changes, updates, renewals, and other service needs.
- Build relationships with customers and follow up when needed.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products.
- Assist with quotes and present coverage options based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support the agency with day-to-day office responsibilities.
- Work with the team to achieve customer service and sales goals.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable learning computer systems and technology.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed.
- Previous customer service, sales, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license upon hire.
