Program Advisor US
Interview Kickstart | 5.5 days/week
About the RoleWe're looking for a driven Program Advisor to guide prospective US learners through Interview Kickstart's programs from first conversation to enrollment.
What You'll Do- Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales cycle
- Understand customer needs and match them to the right program
- Answer queries, send info, and demo product features
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and customers
- Stay updated on our offerings and the competitive landscape
- Upsell relevant products/services
- Research and qualify new leads
- Close sales and hit monthly targets
- Experience in inside sales/tele-sales, ideally selling to US customers
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfort with outbound calling and target-driven work
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)
- Self-motivated, remote-work ready
- Available for US-aligned hours, including early Monday shift
