We seek a Marketplace Customer Success Lead to own activation, engagement, and proposal conversion across our platform, reporting to the Associate Director of Contractor Network.
You will drive activation across markets, design campaigns for declined matches, and partner with product, recruitment, and sales to improve the platform.
