This role involves driving group bookings at Fogo Island Inn through effective sales management and client engagement. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Partnerships, you will oversee the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract execution while collaborating for successful event delivery. Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for social impact are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee group, social, and wedding sales inquiries

• Create customized proposals aligning with group needs

• Respond to RFPs and manage sales performance metrics

• Develop strategies for client retention and repeat business

• Conduct post-event follow-ups and log insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in luxury group sales

• Demonstrated experience in proposal development and negotiation

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Background in using sales platforms, particularly Salesforce

• Knowledge of Newfoundland's cultural context preferred
