Job Summary
- Assist in maintaining retail accounts by supporting the VP of Sales
- Coordinate with various internal departments to compile information.
- Create item set ups-both with the retailer and internally
- Follow up with shipments by coordinating with Sourcing and Packaging teams
- Drive assigned projects to completion-tracking results and exceeding expectations
- Respond to and engage with clients via email, web portal & phone as needed
- Communicate with Sales team on issues and concerns raised by customers
- Attend sales meetings/conference calls, assist in projects, and create PowerPoint presentations
- Develop knowledge of the Sales function including merchandise selection, testing, displays, etc.
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Spanish speaking is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of account, relationship, client, or partner management experience
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and shift priorities quickly
- Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn home textiles
- Proficient in MS Office suite; excellent Excel skills, building PowerPoint presentations.
