DDN is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Major Accounts to lead a dedicated technical account team and ensure customer success across globally dispersed deployments. You will coordinate with customer site SREs and DDN product, engineering and field teams to translate requirements into tested solutions.
The role requires strong leadership, program management experience, and the ability to drive automation and documentation while traveling as needed for customer and internal meetings.
