Your role will focus on lead generation to establish long-term business relationships with enterprise clients.

This position demands a hunter mentality as you conduct outbound prospecting and manage a self-sourced pipeline. At Readymode, collaboration and resilience set the stage for success, enabling you to exceed both activity and revenue targets. With a minimum of 3 years in sales, you'll utilize Salesforce and Salesloft to meet KPIs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cold outreach through various channels to generate leads

• Lead customer acquisition efforts from identification to agreement

• Achieve set activity and revenue goals regularly

• Collaborate on strategies for overcoming sales challenges

• Accurately update and manage a CRM database

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience; 2 years B2B

• Proven success in pipeline generation and closing

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools

• Previous quota-carrying role experience
