• Monthly and annual gross profit production
• Average gross margin per load
• Size and quality of their book of business
• Customer retention and repeat business
• Consistent performance across changing market conditions

• $500K+ annual gross profit producers strongly preferred
• $1M+ annual gross profit producers highly encouraged to apply

• 5+ years of successful cradle-to-grave freight brokerage experience
• Documented production history with measurable results
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and competitive
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results matter

• Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $125,000, based on experience and production history
• Uncapped commission structure
