EDC Senior Relationship Manager

Position: EDC Senior Relationship Manager Role
Support Canadian exports as a Senior Relationship Manager with Export Development Canada (EDC) in the Vancouver Island region. This remote position focuses on developing and managing client relationships for business growth.

As part of EDC's Mid-Market Group, you will contribute to the execution of strategic plans aimed at enhancing the economic performance of Canadian businesses. This role involves utilizing your business development skills to manage a portfolio of medium-sized clients, facilitating their access to effective financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients, promoting EDC’s services

• Assess clients' financing needs and provide tailored solutions

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts

• Develop and implement effective account plans and strategies

• Facilitate transactions and oversee client interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development

• Existing network in British Columbia’s financial sector

• Knowledge of international trade practices

• Valid driver’s license
