Account Manager - Primarily Remote

A growing industrial organization is seeking an Account Manager to support its U.S. customer base.

This is a hybrid technical account management, aftermarket sales, and service role focused on strengthening existing customer relationships and driving recurring revenue through service contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and additional products.

• Manage and grow relationships with key customer accounts
• Drive aftermarket sales, repeat business, service agreements, and renewals
• Identify and convert new opportunities through proactive account management
• Provide technical support and coordinate solutions for customer equipment issues
• Partner with internal sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Deliver customer training and presentations at both operator and management levels
• Monitor orders, pricing, market activity, and regional revenue performance
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and provide customer/market insights

• Bachelor's Degree, plus 5+ years of experience in technical account management, aftermarket sales, technical sales, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, or a similar technical environment
• Proven track record of customer relationship management and revenue generation
• Spanish language skills are a plus

If you're a commercially driven technical professional who enjoys working directly with customers and building long-term accounts, This position requires approximately 40% travel, including domestic and international. The approximate salary range for this position is between $70K-$85K plus incentives.
