Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client insurance needs and sell tailored policies

• Build a referral network to enhance sales opportunities

• Meet and exceed individual sales and service targets

• Respond to and resolve client inquiries efficiently

• Communicate effectively to support client retention

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of office experience

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Understanding of home and auto insurance beneficial

• Bilingualism in English and French is essential

• Submission to background checks required
