Position: Sales Specialist at CLIC Hybrid Role

As a part of the Ind MGA & Nat Acct Sls department, you will leverage your sales and customer service expertise to support credit unions, insured members, and intermediaries.

Your role includes handling inbound and outbound sales calls, processing inquiries, and offering tailored insurance solutions to enhance customer loyalty. You will work in a collaborative environment that values employee development and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell individual life insurance products through calls

• Handle a variety of member inquiries, including claims

• Provide creative solutions to customer complaints

• Document business interactions in CRM systems

• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with 2-3 years experience

• Level I Life license required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Background check required for employment
