About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Senior Account Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, Linked In and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Sales Loft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, Sales Loft, Apollo and Zoom Info.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
