Field Sales Representative

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to cover the Richards Bay, Kwa Zulu-Natal territory. This role is essential for driving sales growth by engaging directly with customers in the field, identifying their needs, and presenting relevant product solutions. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within a designated geographical area.

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve assigned revenue and unit targets.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations with potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product or service solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and follow-up.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management.

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably with field sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for travel within Richards Bay and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
