Willdan is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support our sales team’s lead generation and outreach efforts for heat pump water heaters for small businesses in the Southern California region. The outreach specialist will work in partnership with existing program staff including Program managers, Engineers, and Account Managers to identify, coordinate, and support the sale of heat pump water heater projects.
The Outreach Specialist position receives an annual base salary plus commission.
