We have two positions open - The Florida position is based in the Orlando area and the SC position (posted separately) is based in the seaboard area of South Carolina. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships with municipalities, commercial clients, and community associations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, preparing proposals and service agreements, conducting site visits, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure services are delivered as promised.
The Sales & Account Manager will monitor account performance, address client inquiries and issues, and proactively recommend solutions that align with All Water’s aquatic and environmental management services. Regular reporting, pipeline management, and participation in local networking events, trade shows, and community meetings are also key aspects of this position.
- Demonstrated skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction, with experience maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Lead Generation experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, follow up on prospects, and close new business.
- Familiarity with environmental, water resource, or related service industries is beneficial.
- Ability to travel locally within Florida for client meetings and site visits as needed.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between field work and home-based responsibilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
