Territory Sales Rep; Remote

About the Role

This role focuses on expanding our client’s presence across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Northern Illinois. It is designed for a motivated individual who excels in a remote work setting and is dedicated to achieving and surpassing sales goals. The position plays a crucial role in securing new accounts and fostering relationships with distributors and lumberyards.

• Achieve and surpass sales goals while securing new accounts within the territory.
• Strategically plan and execute field sales calls to optimize territory coverage.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to foster relationships and present product offerings.
• Prepare quotes and ensure timely follow-up to meet customer expectations.
• Engage with distributors and lumberyards to expand market reach.

• Experience in building materials.
• At least 3 years in outside sales, with a preference for 5 years.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Demonstrated success as a proactive sales 'hunter.'
• Willingness to travel within the territory 3 days a week, including 2 overnight stays. Company vehicle will be provided.
