The Role

• 100% remote / work from home
• Full cradle-to-grave brokerage
• Prospecting, pricing, carrier negotiation, execution, and customer retention
• Run your desk like a business with autonomy and accountability

Performance Matters Here Most Eligible Candidates Can Speak Clearly To

• Monthly and annual gross profit
• Average margin per load
• Size and stability of book of business
• Customer tenure and repeat volume
• Consistency across market cycles

$500K+ GP producers strongly preferred $1M+ GP producers encouraged to apply Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years as a true cradle-to-grave freight broker
• Proven, measurable production history
• Experienced sales, negotiation, and customer management skills
• Self-directed, competitive, and accountable

Compensation We pay elite brokers accordingly.
