Our Client, a Japanese Food Manufacturer is looking for a Chinese speaking Home Office Sales Rep in NY/NJ area

• Develop and grow sales across the East Coast territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, and other customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales demonstrations.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support inventory, product availability, and sales initiatives.
• Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 80%).

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the food or consumer products industry is preferred.
• Experience working with distributors and wholesale accounts.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Chinese or/and Japanese language skills are a plus.
