To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a driven and commercially minded (Junior) Market Manager Heavy Duty Industries to further expand our highly successful Heavy Duty / Off-Highway business segment.

Your Mission
As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Heavy Duty / Off-Highway market segment throughout EMEA. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and building long-term strategic partnerships with OEMs and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.

Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing, engineering, and quality departments at major OEMs and industrial customers.

Lead the development of the Heavy Duty / Off-Highway / Hydraulics market segment across the EMEA region.

Own and manage sales forecasts, opportunities, and pipeline activities.

Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals while managing pricing within your customer portfolio.

Collaborate closely with inside sales, field sales, product management, and other key stakeholders.

Represent Caplugs Europe at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events throughout Europe.

What You Bring

2 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within hydraulics, fluid conveyance, industrial components, OEMs, distribution, or service providers.

Strong understanding of industrial applications within the Heavy Duty, Off-Highway, or Hydraulics sectors.

Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes.

High level of self-motivation, organization, and accountability.

Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.

Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.

Confidence in engaging with strategic procurement teams and technical decision-makers at all levels.
