• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
• Maintain store presentation, including merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Conduct remote administrative tasks such as updating inventory records, responding to customer inquiries via email, and preparing sales reports.
• Assist with customer service issues, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role.
