Account Manager - SaaS

You will act as the primary point of contact, building strong partnerships and driving adoption of new features.

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary liaison to foster strong, long-term relationships.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for increased value realization from our SaaS platform .
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, address challenges, and demonstrate ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, marketing) to ensure seamless client experience and drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including upselling and cross-selling relevant services and products.
• Track client health metrics and implement strategies to mitigate churn and enhance retention rates.

• Proven experience in Account Management or a client-facing sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills .
• Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and customer success principles.
• Ability to analyze client data and identify trends or opportunities.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with necessary office presence in Cape Town .
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
