Virtual Sales Representative

• Engage health care professionals in telephone conversations to promote assigned client products
• Maximize product selling potential and meet program and client objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with health care professionals
• Educate HCPs about product features, benefits, safety profile and approved indications
• Use approved tools for product and program promotion
• Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve KPIs
• Promote client products through outbound telephone calls and in-depth program discussions
• Respond to inbound HCP calls and address product questions when required
• Profile and manage targeted HCP lists to grow product volume
• Maintain call productivity and program metrics
• Qualify or disqualify HCP prospects from target lists
• Complete required CRM data entry and follow-through actions
• Communicate persuasively using approved messaging, selling, listening and negotiation skills
• Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines
• Participate in teleconference and live meetings, training sessions and applicable conventions
• Report to the Amplity Sales Manager
• Collaborate with other VSRs, client services and home office support teams
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and client contacts

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of Pharma Sales experience
• Experience working in or support of a Respiratory office and how they operate
• Ability to understand and explain complex scientific information via telephone
• Solid presentation skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience and ability to use PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Salesforce
• Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner
• Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service
• Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex information over the telephone
• Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills
• Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and maintain required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge
• Good organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to successfully complete client training and meet training expectations
• Respiratory experience (preferred)
• Clinical understanding of Respiratory (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in Pharma Sales with a strong focus on promoting Respiratory products, utilizing effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage health care professionals. Proficient in managing KPIs, CRM data entry, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
