What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to business owners and key decision-makers across the commercial sector.
• Present customized commercial solutions to lower costs and optimize business operations.
• Build rapport, uncover client needs, and aggressively close new business deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly revenue performance goals.
• Track leads, calls, and conversions accurately within the CRM platform.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or B2B business development.
• Confident, persuasive phone presence with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven ability to build quick trust with business executives.
• Tech-savvy with experience navigating CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A self-motivated, hungry mindset driven by commission and performance targets.
