• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all catering needs and inquiries.
• Guide clients through menu selections, customization options, and event details, ensuring their vision is understood and met.
• Process catering orders accurately, confirming all details, including dietary restrictions, delivery times, and special requests.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the catering production team and delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to enhance client retention and identify opportunities for upselling services.

• Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales, ideally within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
