About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented and relationship-driven Remote Sports Partnership Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships within the Leisure & Sports industry. This fully remote position allows you to build valuable connections and drive collaborative growth from anywhere. You will be responsible for forging alliances with sponsors, governing bodies, event organizers, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and expand market reach.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional negotiation skills, a strong network within the sports ecosystem, and a proven ability to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnership opportunities with relevant organizations, brands, and influencers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute joint marketing and promotional initiatives with partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all strategic partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Monitor partnership performance and ROI, providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership avenues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the sports industry.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand financial implications of partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
