Position: Siemens Solutions Consultant - Hybrid Role
Join Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Solutions Consultant and transform customer engagement. Focus on technical consulting, workshops, and solution demonstrations in a hybrid setting.

As part of the Software Sales team, you'll engage closely with customers to identify their technical challenges and showcase how Siemens' PLM software can meet their needs. Your extensive industry experience and consultative approach will be crucial in leading discovery sessions and delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer business challenges and opportunities

• Conduct technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions

• Develop customer-specific value propositions for Siemens solutions

• Collaborate with sales teams for proposal support

• Coach and mentor peers in Pre Sales best practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in CAD, PLM, or engineering software

• Strong expertise in platforms like CATIA and Creo

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Bilingual in English and French

• Experience in customer-facing roles in various industries
