The Sales Coordinator – USA is responsible for coordinating and advancing sales opportunities, from the qualified lead stage through contract closure, while ensuring effective communication, timely follow-up, and smooth management of the commercial
process.

The role serves as a central link between customers, the U.S. sales team, and the various functions within Arineta.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage and coordinate qualified leads and sales opportunities throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the commercial process.
  • Conduct ongoing follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities continue to progress.
  • Coordinate quotations, pricing, approvals, agreements, contracts, and required documentation.
  • Track open items, identify delays or blockers, and proactively drive them toward resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding sales opportunities in Salesforce/CRM.
  • Support pipeline management, sales forecasting, and opportunity reviews.
  • Ensure a structured handoff from contract closure to implementation and customer onboarding.
  • Support U.S. sales activities, customer meetings, conferences, and other commercial activities as needed.
Required :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or another relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience supporting and coordinating sales opportunities and customer-facing processes.
  • Experience working with quotations, contracts, commercial documentation, and customer follow-up.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management skills;
    Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive processes through completion.
Preferred :
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, medical imaging, or capital equipment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare purchasing processes, hospitals, clinics, and/or IDNs.
Location & Travel :
  • Remote-based position in the United States.
  • Preference for candidates located in a major metropolitan area with convenient access to a major airport.
  • Approximately 20–30% travel within the United States, as needed.
Compensation :
  • Performance-Based Compensation component.
