This full-time Automotive Sales Trainer role is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL, with a mix of on-site dealership visits and work-from-home responsibilities. The Automotive Sales Trainer will design and deliver sales training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for dealership sales teams, focusing on appointment-driven processes and effective customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials and presentations, facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, observing sales interactions, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance.

The role also involves collaborating with account managers to tailor training content to each dealership’s goals, monitoring training outcomes, and recommending ongoing development initiatives. The trainer will maintain clear communication with clients, support private sale events, and ensure a consistent, high-quality training experience across all engagements.

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills to deliver engaging, clear, and persuasive training sessions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development to design, implement, and refine effective sales training programs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to work with diverse dealership teams, convey complex concepts simply, and provide actionable feedback.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to model best practices in client interactions and support dealership staff in enhancing the buyer experience.
• Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to facilitate group training, one-on-one coaching, and virtual learning sessions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes.
• Comfort with travel to local and regional dealerships and with hybrid work arrangements (office, client site, and home).
• Knowledge of CRM systems, sales processes, and basic marketing concepts; proficiency with presentation and video-conferencing tools.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
