Field Sales Professional

• Identify and engage seniors through grassroots marketing and community partnerships to generate prospective patients
• Present Center Well's value-based care model and tailored value propositions to improve health outcomes
• Manage and prioritize a lead and opportunity pipeline through the sales cycle to drive patient growth
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and deliver seamless patient experiences
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the senior healthcare market
• Adjust sales strategies and identify new growth avenues
• Provide leadership with updates on sales activities, lead funnel management, and market insights
• Enroll new patients and nurture leads through conversion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years sales experience
• Proven track record of success in field sales or grassroots marketing
• In-depth knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including seniors, caregivers, and licensed agents
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Ability to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close sales effectively
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, stay organized, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid state driver's license
• Proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits
• Ability to work evening or weekend hours as required
• For home or hybrid home/office work, internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, and a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI/HIPAA information
