Online Consultant

We are in search of a highly skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills This role will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to clients as well as promoting and selling products or services This position offers a salary of $1200 per month and is suitable for men with no English language requirements Previous experience is required

As an Online Consultant your duties may include

• Providing exceptional customer service through online chat email or phone
• Answering inquiries and resolving issues related to products or services
• Promoting and selling products or services to potential clients
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborating with team members to improve processes and achieve sales targets
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge industry trends and competition
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase revenue

• Proven experience in customer service sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English fluency in other languages is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with technology and comfortable using various online platforms
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
