Dermatology Territory Account Specialist – Ventura

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to deliver tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Use market and competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
• Deliver real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex industries) with large geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years; strong field leadership and customer engagement. Associate level: limited prior sales experience welcome.
• Proven track record navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving abilities; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Must reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60-80%; must drive/fly as needed; valid driver’s license.

• Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
• Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
