This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a nationally recognized roofing company that values integrity, customer service, and professional growth. Whether you have roofing sales experience or a strong background in outside sales, we'll provide the training, support, and tools you need to succeed. Mighty Dog will provide payment for participation in training. Once training is complete, payment structure will change to a competitive commission only based income.

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, products, and the insurance restoration process
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary to facilitate claim approvals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process
• Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Track activities, opportunities, and sales performance within our CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Sales experience preferred; roofing, construction, home improvement, or insurance experience is a plus
• Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting property inspections
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
