About the Role
We are a well-established electrical company with over 20 years of history, and we are currently expanding our business. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele-Appointment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales team by managing client appointments, coordinating on-site service visits, and handling day-to-day customer communications.
What You'll Do:Contact clients to set up sales appointments
Coordinate on-site service visits for the sales team
Answer basic customer questions with a professional approach
Prior experience in cold calling is preferred
Responsible, self-motivated, and hardworking
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Pu Tong Hua to serve a diverse customer base
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
