Compensation:
Base Salary ($16-$20

Madison One, LLC is a residential real estate investing firm located in Phoenix Arizona. We specialize in finding opportunities for investment in the Metro Phoenix area. Dustin Monger (Owner) works with our investor partners, Brent Daniels (Owner) finds the investment opportunities, Billy Bell and Julie Rotvold (Acquisition Managers) works directly with the property owners, Lisa Ocay (Office Manager) keeps us organized, and we are looking for the right person to make initial contact with property owners.

The culture of our business revolves around giving more in value than we take in payment.

A giving, expressive, and outgoing person with at least 1 year of sales experience. Someone that works very well within a team environment, quickly builds rapport with team members and members of the community they have never met. This person has the patience to be on the phone for 6 hours a day and keep their enthusiasm high and focus on every conversation they are having.

This person can meet twice a week with the team and then have the flexibility and capacity to work from home.

• Phone prospect 30 hours a week
• Gather information and email office manager to upload into our contact management platform
• Attend 2 weekly meeting on Monday and Friday for team building and performance review
• Attend 2 week training course
• Most importantly have a extremely positive attitude and willingness to be coachable
