Must haves- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of HVAC experience or 10+ years of HVAC experience
- 2+ years of HVAC retrofit or modernization experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- Experience managing large mechanical projects
- Ability to develop estimates, bids, and proposals
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills
- CRM experience managing customers and opportunities
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally
- Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC market
- Experience building and managing long‑cycle sales pipelines
- Comfortable working in technical environments and Microsoft tools
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Understanding of customer buying dynamics
