About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to join their sales team in Pretoria . This role focuses on the critical initial stages of the sales process: generating qualified leads and setting up appointments for the senior sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, requiring excellent communication skills and a keen ability to identify business needs.

This hybrid position offers the opportunity to connect with clients both in person and remotely, contributing to the company's expansion within the Gauteng region and beyond, fostering a robust pipeline of future business.

• Proactively generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, challenges, and budget.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and strategies.

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
