Account Executive

About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and client-focused Account Executive to manage and grow their customer base in and around George. This role involves developing deep relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively offering solutions that drive value and retention. You will be instrumental in achieving regional sales targets by providing exceptional service and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs and present new solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in account management or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales enablement tools.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in the George area.
