Sales Representative - FMCG; Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Representative to expand their market presence within the FMCG sector. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to manage client relationships and sales activities from your home office. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and persuasion skills, capable of thriving in a remote sales environment and contributing to the company's growth across the assigned territory.

• Proactively identify and pursue sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and pipeline management.

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools is advantageous for working effectively from anywhere in Northern Cape.
