Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist with expanding current sales efforts and initiatives, acquire new customers and upsell to our existing customers in our niche family-owned business in Sharonville, OH. A hybrid remote work schedule can be considered.

The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls every day. They will be a motivated self-starter with strong research skills to identify and pursue sales leads. Those who have the ability to quickly build rapport, address concerns/objections and ultimately close sales will have great success!

• Work with Senior Sales Rep to manage current accounts, advise on new items, promotions and to solicit orders on current products.
• Prospect and follow up with established target list of accounts.
• Research market for potential new accounts, contact and make introductions.
• Conduct market surveys as needed for customer information and trends.
• Assist with marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and possible attendance for trade shows - some travel will be required (3 to 4 times/per year).
• Be a Brand Ambassador for the company.
• Have a willingness to serve as back-up support to our customer service team as needed. This will include answering incoming customer inquiries via phone or email, processing and entering sales orders, and scheduling outbound shipments.
• Perform any other job-related duties or projects as requested.

• At least 3 years previous experience with Outbound and Inside Sales and sales support
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must speak, read, write and comprehend the English language. Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Highly competitive, energetic and self-motivated
• Comfortable with making a high level of outbound calls.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• To be able to listen to customer concerns, and if necessary, de-escalate in a caring, understanding and professional manner to obtain a successful resolution.
• Strong, strategic sales prospecting skills.
• Strong phone skills to include building rapport on initial goal, active listening, overcoming issues/objections and ability to close deal.
• Be able to manage time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding/proficient in the Microsoft Suite applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams
