Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist – Concord, NH

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to deliver tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand and patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to provide access support.
• Apply market/competitive and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and market trends to identify local insights, support pull-through, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
• Provide real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments with large, geographically dispersed teams (last 5 years);
  Associate level may include limited sales experience.
• Track record of high performance with large accounts/key customers.
• Analytical self-starter; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Reside within the territory (or within 50 miles of the border); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

• Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
• Knowledge of patient services/market access/buy-and-bill/specialty pharmacy/reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Driving is essential: must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
