Innovative Acquisitions International is looking for a confident and driven Sales Agent to support business growth by engaging customers, promoting products or services, and helping the team achieve sales goals. This role is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and contributing to a results-focused sales environment.

The Sales Agent will represent the company professionally, deliver strong customer service, and play a key role in generating sales through direct customer interaction.

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to present products or services clearly and professionally

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support repeat business and customer loyalty

• Meet individual and team sales targets through consistent daily sales activity

• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

• Follow up on leads and customer enquiries in a timely manner

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales information

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to support sales campaigns and daily operations

• Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, promotions, or a similar customer-facing role

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in engaging with customers and promoting products or services

• Ability to work toward targets and maintain motivation in a sales-focused role

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Professional appearance and approach

• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented

• Must be based in or able to commute to Durban, South Africa

• Experience in direct sales, field sales, or face-to-face marketing

• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools or sales tracking systems

• Experience working in a target-driven environment

• Additional local language skills

• Strong customer engagement that leads to consistent sales results

This is an on-site role based in Durban, South Africa. Remote working is not available. The role involves regular face-to-face customer interaction and active participation in daily sales activities.
