Opportunity – Sr CBM, H-E-B, Publix and Albertsons

Due to an internal move, we are hiring a Senior Customer Business Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic customers, including H-E-B, Publix, and Albertsons, driving profitable growth across assigned accounts and geographies.

  • Lead all aspects of customer management for H-E-B, Publix, and Albertsons, including sales strategy, annual planning, and day‑to‑day business operations.
  • Develop and execute customer‑specific business plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across merchandising, category management, supply chain, and executive leadership.
  • Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning, pricing initiatives, and contract discussions.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand distribution, assortment, merchandising, and category growth.
  • Utilize syndicated data, customer insights, and market trends to develop strategic recommendations and drive informed business decisions.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams to execute customer strategies.
  • Deliver comprehensive business reviews and Joint Business Plans that create mutual value for both customer and company.
  • Manage trade investment and customer P&L performance to maximize profitable growth.
  • Accurately develop forecasts, manage customer budgets, and communicate business risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Manage broker relationships to maximize sales performance, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure flawless execution against volume, distribution, and profitability targets.
  • Be part of team and bring our core values to life.
Education and

Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience within CPG and/or broker
  • Proficient in utilizing syndicated data (i.e. SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) and trade management systems.
  • Strong forecasting, P&L management and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Teams.

This role is responsible for developing and executing customer strategies, cultivating senior‑level customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver sales and profitability objectives. The successful candidate will balance customer needs with strong commercial acumen, effectively managing trade investments, margins, forecasting, and overall business performance while serving as a trusted strategic partner to both customers and internal stakeholders.

Lead broker partners and distributor networks drive execution and achieve customer objectives.

This range may not be applicable to other locations, and targeted salary is midpoint of range.
