In-Home Sales Representative (Residential Home Improvement - 2 Years Exp. Required)
We are a growing residential home improvement company specializing in attic and basement insulation, basement waterproofing, basement finishing, and radon mitigation. We are looking for motivated, high-energy sales professionals to run pre-qualified appointments, and help homeowners by presenting and closing sales.
What We Offer for an In-Home Sales Representative:- Pre-set, confirmed, qualified appointments (no cold calling)
- High commission structure (earn $80K - $150K+) or 8-12% commission on every individual signed contract
- Flexible schedule
- Appointment setting commensurate with closed sales
- Our home office is conveniently located in Windsor, CT
- Run in-home appointments with homeowners
- Inspect issues and provide solutions
- Present and secure closed sales
- Follow up on appointments, run but not yet closed
- 2+ years of in-home sales or home improvement sales required
- BPI building analyst and/or building envelope certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals ($5K+)
- Must be comfortable closing deals on the first visit
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
