- Conduct remote consultations with prospective clients to assess life insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide transparent, ethical, and client-first guidance that prioritizes long-term financial security
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent,professional, and service-oriented communication
- Proactively follow up with leads and maintain ongoing engagement to support client satisfaction and retention
- Manage your workflow and schedule with discipline,accountability, and a results-driven mindset
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Must have been out of high school for at least 4 years
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to personal and professional growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Coachable, dependable, and professional in all interactions
- Demonstrated commitment to serving clients with integrity and putting their needs first
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License inyour resident state
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in aU.S. state
