Remote Sales Support Specialist
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Support Specialist
to join Hedgehog Dryer. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our global sales operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customers are supported, and inventory flows smoothly across our markets.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and support sales
- Coordinate product samples (requests, shipping, and follow-up)
- Work with sales reps to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist in executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Prepare and share sales tracking reports (actual vs. projections)
- Handle customer service (calls, chat, spare parts, replacements)
- Monitor inventory levels (Amazon + warehouses) and forecast replenishment needs
Hedgehog is fast-growing, family owned global company with offices in Norway, the UK, and the US. We design and sell high-powered dryers for shoes, gloves, and gear, as well as hair dryers, through major retail chains worldwide.
Our partners include the largest chains (Costco, Best Buy, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes) to the small ski shops.

About YouYou are structured, proactive, and thrive in operational roles where precision matters.
You have experience with:
- Enjoys working on the phone and preferably has experience with US and Canadian retailers.
- Onboarding products into retailer systems (Lowes, Walmart, Target, etc.)
- Maintaining master data spreadsheets with high accuracy
- Coordinating logistics from China to US/EU warehouses
- Forecasting, reporting, and tracking sales performance
You are comfortable working across systems, teams, and time zones—and you follow through.
Skills & Qualifications- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with major US retail chains
- Familiarity with EDI, 3PLs, and global shipping/logistics
- Basic skills in budgeting, forecasting, and data interpretation
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Excellent spoken and written US English
- Comfortable communicating by phone and chat
- Remote position
- Must overlap
at least 3 hours daily
with both: - Eastern Time (ET)
- Central European Time (CEST)
- Example:
UTC-3, 09:00–12:00
(flexible by agreement)
- Part-time (starting at ~3-5 hours/day)
- Hourly pay
- Potential to grow into full-time by end of year
